English Schools X/C champs
(March 05, 2016)Saturday (5th March) was also the English Schools Cross Country Championships 
held in Nottingham. Harriers Joseph Martin and Darja Knotkova-Hanley both competed for the Sussex Schools Team, gaining selection by competing well at the Sussex Schools Championships held earlier in the year. Joseph, in the Junior Boys race, finished an excellent 59th out of 360+ and the Sussex Junior Boys Team gained the overall silver medal. Darja, who was at the younger end of the age group, ran well in the Inter Girls race to finish 257th.
